Article 109

In the regulation referred to in Article 108, paragraph 1, the Service may establish rules regarding the cases in which and the transactions in respect of which no cadastral fee is due in those cases.
In de regeling, bedoeld in artikel 108, eerste lid, kan de Dienst regels stellen met betrekking tot de gevallen waarin en de verrichtingen ten aanzien waarvan in die gevallen geen kadastraal recht is verschuldigd.
