The basic registrations of the land registry and topography contain authentic data by virtue of an Act.
Without prejudice to Article 48, paragraph 4, the data recorded in the land registry (basisregistratie kadaster), as referred to in Article 48, paragraph 2, points (a) up to and including (d), and paragraph 3, points (a) up to and including (c), shall be authentic data.
The data included in the key register of topography, as referred to in Article 98a, paragraphs one up to and including three, are authentic data.

Onverminderd artikel 48, vierde lid, zijn de in de basisregistratie kadaster opgenomen gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 48, tweede lid, onderdelen a tot en met d, en derde lid, onderdelen a tot en met c, authentieke gegevens.
De in de basisregistratie topografie opgenomen gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 98a, eerste tot en met derde lid, zijn authentieke gegevens.
