In cases to be determined by order in council, the Agency is authorised to investigate whether the data concerning the legal status, the size and the factual condition of immovable property, as well as the data concerning the legal status of the rights to which these immovable properties are subject, which are represented in the cadastral basic registration and the documents referred to in Article 50, are accurate and complete.
In bij algemene maatregel van bestuur te bepalen gevallen is de Dienst bevoegd te onderzoeken of de gegevens betreffende de rechtstoestand, de grootte en feitelijke gesteldheid van onroerende zaken, alsmede de gegevens betreffende de rechtstoestand van de rechten waaraan deze onroerende zaken onderworpen zijn, die zijn weergegeven in de basisregistratie kadaster en de bescheiden, bedoeld in artikel 50, juist en volledig zijn.
