For the registration of a fact in the public registers, as referred to in Article 8, paragraph 1, point (a), a document is required that complies with the requirements referred to in Chapter 2, Title 2, without prejudice to what is provided for by treaty and by or pursuant to this or any other Act.
Voor inschrijving van een feit in de openbare registers, bedoeld in artikel 8, eerste lid, onderdeel a, is vereist een stuk dat voldoet aan de vereisten, bedoeld in hoofdstuk 2, titel 2, onverminderd hetgeen wordt bepaald bij verdrag en bij of krachtens deze of een andere wet.
