Upon request, the Service shall issue a statement that, since the time at which a certificate, copy or extract as referred to in Articles 99 up to and including 102 was issued by it, no change has occurred in the data stated therein.
The first paragraph does not apply to copies and extracts of the cadastral map.
Desgevraagd geeft de Dienst een verklaring af dat sedert het tijdstip waarop een getuigschrift, afschrift of uittreksel als bedoeld in de artikelen 99 tot en met 102 door hem is afgegeven, in de daarin vermelde gegevens geen wijziging is opgetreden.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing op afschriften en uittreksels van de kadastrale kaart.
