The management of the Agency shall establish rules regarding the manner in which a mistake, omission, or other irregularity committed by the keeper in the registration of documents in the public registers, in the making of entries therein, in the booking of documents in the register of provisional entries, or in the cancellation of provisional entries, is rectified.
Het bestuur van de Dienst stelt regels met betrekking tot de wijze waarop een vergissing, verzuim of een andere onregelmatigheid begaan door de bewaarder bij de inschrijving van stukken in de openbare registers, bij het stellen daarin van aantekeningen, bij de boeking van stukken in het register van voorlopige aantekeningen, of bij de doorhaling van voorlopige aantekeningen, wordt hersteld.
