Articles 4:7, 4:8 and 3:40 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) do not apply to decisions taken pursuant to Chapter 8 of this Act.
Op beschikkingen, genomen krachtens hoofdstuk 8 van deze wet, zijn de artikelen 4:7, 4:8 en 3:40 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht niet van toepassing.
