The basic registration of topography is accessible by means of an identifying object number or a location on the map.
The basic registration of topography contains the following geographical objects with their cartographic representation:
road segment
railway section;
water section
building;
site
layout element;
Relief
registration area
geographical area, and
functional area
The basic registration of topography contains, with respect to each geographical object as referred to in the second paragraph, an identifying object number and descriptive, geometric, cartographic, temporal and meta-characteristics in accordance with the catalogue for the basic registration of topography established by the management of the Agency. The management of the Agency shall publish the established or amended catalogue in accordance with Article 48, sixth paragraph.
The geographical objects referred to in the second paragraph shall be processed in accordance with the rules and procedures as included in the catalogue for the basic registration of topography.
The meta-characteristics referred to in the third paragraph shall, in any event, relate to the description of the origin and the quality or accuracy of the geographical objects.
De basisregistratie topografie is toegankelijk door middel van een identificerend objectnummer of een locatie op de kaart.
De basisregistratie topografie bevat de volgende geografische objecten met hun cartografische weergave:
wegdeel;
spoorbaandeel;
waterdeel;
bebouwing;
terrein;
inrichtingselement;
reliëf;
registratief gebied;
geografisch gebied, en
functioneel gebied.
De basisregistratie topografie bevat ten aanzien van elk geografisch object als bedoeld in het tweede lid een identificerend objectnummer en beschrijvende, geometrische, cartografische, temporele en meta-kenmerken overeenkomstig de door het bestuur van de Dienst vastgestelde catalogus basisregistratie topografie. Het bestuur van de Dienst maakt de vastgestelde of gewijzigde catalogus overeenkomstig artikel 48, zesde lid, bekend.
De geografische objecten, bedoeld in het tweede lid, worden bewerkt overeenkomstig de regels en procedures als opgenomen in de catalogus basisregistratie topografie.
De meta-kenmerken, bedoeld in het derde lid, hebben in ieder geval betrekking op de beschrijving van de oorsprong en de kwaliteit of nauwkeurigheid van de geografische objecten.
