Article 41
in forceNo provision of this Convention shall affect any provisions which are more conducive to the realisation of the rights of the child and which are contained in:
a.
the law of a State that is a party; or
b.
the international law in force in that State.
Geen enkele bepaling van dit Verdrag tast bepalingen aan die meer bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de rechten van het kind en die zijn vervat in:
a.
het recht van een Staat die partij is; of
b.
het in die Staat geldende internationale recht.
