in forceNo provision of this Convention shall be interpreted as affecting the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations and of the statutes of the specialised organisations, in which the respective responsibilities of the various organs of the United Nations and of the specialised organisations with regard to the matters regulated in this Convention are defined.
Geen bepaling van dit Verdrag mag worden uitgelegd als zijnde een aantasting van de bepalingen van het Handvest der Verenigde Naties en van de statuten van de gespecialiseerde organisaties, waarin de onderscheiden verantwoordelijkheden van de verschillende organen van de Verenigde Naties en van de gespecialiseerde organisaties met betrekking tot de in dit Verdrag geregelde materie zijn omschreven.
