Jointly and severally liable for the minimum tax levied for a reporting fiscal year as referred to in Article 1.2, paragraph 1, of the Minimum Tax Act 2024 from a constituent entity belonging to a multinational group or domestic group as referred to in Article 1.2, paragraph 1, of that Act, is: each of the constituent entities that is or was part of that multinational group or domestic group in that reporting fiscal year.
Hoofdelijk aansprakelijk is voor de minimumbelasting die over een verslagjaar als bedoeld in artikel 1.2, eerste lid, van de Wet minimumbelasting 2024 is geheven van een groepsentiteit behorend tot een multinationale groep of binnenlandse groep als bedoeld in artikel 1.2, eerste lid, van die wet: elk van de groepsentiteiten die in dat verslagjaar deel uitmaakt of uitmaakte van die multinationale groep of binnenlandse groep.
