In the event of a municipal reorganisation or boundary adjustment, Our Minister of Justice and Security shall, when determining the number of inhabitants referred to in Article 29, paragraph 1, under b, base this on the population figures published by the Central Bureau of Statistics for the constituent parts of the municipalities involved in the municipal reorganisation or boundary adjustment at the time referred to in Article 29, paragraph 1, under b.
In geval van een gemeentelijke herindeling of grenscorrectie gaat Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid bij het bepalen van het inwonertal, bedoeld in artikel 29, eerste lid, onder b, uit van de door het Centraal bureau voor de statistiek gepubliceerde bevolkingscijfers van de samenstellende delen van de bij de wijziging van de gemeentelijke herindeling of grenscorrectie betrokken gemeenten op het tijdstip, bedoeld in artikel 29, eerste lid, onder b.
