Insofar as the municipal council has applied Article 23a, paragraph 1, Article 23b, paragraph 1 or 2, or Article 23c, paragraph 1, any person providing a service aimed at publishing offers for the tourist rental of residential space shall inform the person offering a residential space for tourist rental about the prohibitions referred to in Article 23a, paragraph 1, Article 23b, paragraph 1 or 2, or Article 23c, paragraph 1.
If the municipal council has applied Article 23a, 23b or 23c, the mayor and aldermen shall immediately notify Our Minister thereof.
Voor zover de gemeenteraad toepassing heeft gegeven aan artikel 23a, eerste lid, artikel 23b, eerste of tweede lid, of artikel 23c, eerste lid, informeert degene die een dienst verleent gericht op het publiceren van aanbiedingen voor toeristische verhuur van woonruimte, degene die een woonruimte aanbiedt voor toeristische verhuur over de verboden, bedoeld in artikel 23a, eerste lid, artikel 23b, eerste of tweede lid, of artikel 23c, eerste lid.
Indien de gemeenteraad toepassing heeft gegeven aan artikel 23a, 23b of 23c, doen burgemeester en wethouders terstond hiervan mededeling aan Onze Minister.
