An administrative body as referred to in Article 1:1, paragraph 1, subparagraph a, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) that has reasonable doubt regarding the accuracy of an authentic datum it has received from the commercial register, shall report this to the Chamber.
An administrative body as referred to in Article 1:1, paragraph 1, subparagraph a, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) that has reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of the absence of an authentic datum in the commercial register, shall report this to the Chamber.
Een bestuursorgaan als bedoeld in artikel 1:1, eerste lid, onderdeel a, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht dat gerede twijfel heeft over de juistheid van een authentiek gegeven dat hij verstrekt heeft gekregen uit het handelsregister, doet hiervan melding aan de Kamer.
Een bestuursorgaan als bedoeld in artikel 1:1, eerste lid, onderdeel a, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht dat gerede twijfel heeft over de juistheid van het ontbreken van een authentiek gegeven in het handelsregister, doet hiervan melding aan de Kamer.
