As soon as the suspension of payments has commenced, both the debtor, who is the hire purchaser, and the seller may declare the hire purchase or the hire purchase of a ship dissolved.
This dissolution has the same consequences as dissolution of the agreement due to non-performance by the buyer of his obligations.
The seller may assert a claim for the amount due to him in the manner provided for in Article 233.
Zodra de surseance een aanvang heeft genomen, kan zowel de schuldenaar, die huurkoper is, als de verkoper de huurkoop dan wel scheepshuurkoop ontbonden verklaren.
Deze ontbinding heeft dezelfde gevolgen als ontbinding der overeenkomst wegens het niet nakomen door de koper van zijn verplichtingen.
De verkoper kan voor het hem verschuldigde bedrag opkomen op de voet als in artikel 233 bepaald.
