Article 115

The bankruptcy trustee shall give written notice to all known creditors of the depositing of the lists effected pursuant to Article 114, to which he attaches a further summons to the verification meeting and also states whether a draft composition has been deposited at the registry by the bankrupt.
Van de krachtens artikel 114 gedane neerlegging der lijsten geeft de curator aan alle bekende schuldeisers schriftelijk bericht, waarbij hij een nadere oproeping tot de verificatievergadering voegt en tevens vermeldt of een ontwerp-akkoord door de gefailleerde ter griffie is neergelegd.
