Each High Contracting Party shall, on receipt of a request from the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, furnish an explanation of the manner in which its internal law ensures the effective implementation of any of the provisions of this Convention.
Iedere Hoge Verdragsluitende Partij verschaft op verzoek van de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa een uiteenzetting van de wijze waarop haar nationaal recht de daadwerkelijke uitvoering waarborgt van iedere bepaling van dit Verdrag.
