1.
The budget of the Organisation may contain appropriations for unforeseeable expenditure.
2.
The employment of these appropriations by the Organisation shall be subject to the prior approval of the Administrative Council.

Op de begroting van de Organisatie kunnen gelden worden gereserveerd voor onvoorziene uitgaven.
2.
Voordat tot besteding van deze gelden door de Organisatie wordt overgegaan, is de toestemming van de Raad van Bestuur benodigd.
