in forceEFFECTS OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT AND OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT APPLICATION
This Convention, drawn up in a single original, in the English, French and German languages, shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, the three texts being equally authentic.
The texts of this Convention drawn up in official languages of Contracting States other than those specified in paragraph 1 shall, if they have been approved by the Administrative Council, be considered as official texts. In the event of disagreement on the interpretation of the various texts, the texts referred to in paragraph 1 shall be authentic.
Dit Verdrag wordt opgesteld in één exemplaar in de Duitse, de Engelse en de Franse taal, dat wordt nedergelegd in het archief van de Regering van de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland, waarbij de drie teksten gelijkelijk authentiek zijn.
De teksten van dit Verdrag die worden opgesteld in andere dan de in het eerste lid bedoelde officiële talen van de Verdragsluitende Staten en die worden goedgekeurd door de Raad van Bestuur, worden beschouwd als officiële teksten. In geval van geschil over de uitleg van de diverse teksten, zijn de in het eerste lid bedoelde teksten doorslaggevend.
