in forceEFFECTS OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT AND OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT APPLICATION
This Convention shall enter into force three months after the deposit of the last instrument of ratification or accession by six States on whose territory the total number of patent applications filed in 1970 amounted to at least 180 000 for all the said States.
Any ratification or accession after the entry into force of this Convention shall take effect on the first day of the third month after the deposit of the instrument of ratification or accession.
Dit Verdrag treedt in werking drie maanden na de nederlegging van de laatste akte van bekrachtiging of van toetreding van zes Staten, op de grondgebieden waarvan in 1970 in totaal ten minste 180.000 octrooiaanvragen zijn ingediend voor deze Staten gezamenlijk.
Elke bekrachtiging of toetreding die plaatsvindt na de inwerkingtreding van dit Verdrag wordt van kracht op de eerste dag van de derde maand na de nederlegging van de akte van bekrachtiging of van toetreding.
