in forceEFFECTS OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT AND OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT APPLICATION
The Implementing Regulations, the Protocol on Recognition, the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities, the Protocol on Centralisation, the Protocol on the Interpretation of Article 69 and the Protocol on Staff Complement shall be integral parts of this Convention.
In case of conflict between the provisions of this Convention and those of the Implementing Regulations, the provisions of this Convention shall prevail.
Het Uitvoeringsreglement, het Protocol inzake de erkenning, het Protocol inzake de voorrechten en immuniteiten, het Protocol inzake centralisatie, het Protocol inzake de uitleg van artikel 69 en het Protocol inzake het personeelsbestand vormen een integrerend onderdeel van dit Verdrag.
Indien de bepalingen van dit Verdrag en die van het Uitvoeringsreglement met elkaar in strijd zijn, zijn de bepalingen van dit Verdrag doorslaggevend.
