Notice of appeal shall be filed, in accordance with the Implementing Regulations, at the European Patent Office within two months of notification of the decision. Notice of appeal shall not be deemed to have been filed until the fee for appeal has been paid. Within four months of notification of the decision, a statement setting out the grounds of appeal shall be filed in accordance with the Implementing Regulations.
Een beroep dient te worden ingesteld in overeenstemming met het Uitvoeringsreglement bij het Europees Octrooibureau binnen twee maanden na de datum waarop de beslissing is medegedeeld. Het beroep wordt eerst geacht te zijn ingesteld nadat de taks voor het beroep is betaald. Een memorie met de gronden van het beroep dient te worden ingediend in overeenstemming met het Uitvoeringsreglement binnen vier maanden na de datum waarop de beslissing is medegedeeld.
