The Implementing Regulations shall specify:
the time limits which are to be observed in proceedings before the European Patent Office and are not fixed by this Convention;
the manner of computation of time limits and the conditions under which time limits may be extended;
the minima and maxima for time limits to be determined by the European Patent Office.
Het Uitvoeringsreglement bepaalt:
de termijnen die in acht dienen te worden genomen bij procedures voor het Europees Octrooibureau en die niet door dit Verdrag zijn vastgesteld;
de wijze waarop de termijnen berekend worden alsmede de voorwaarden waaronder zij kunnen worden verlengd;
de minimale en maximale duur van de termijnen die worden gesteld door het Europees Octrooibureau.
