Article 29

The officials of the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (Inspectie gezondheidszorg en jeugd) are charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions of or pursuant to this Act.
2.
The persons referred to in paragraph 1 do not possess the powers mentioned in Article 5:19 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht).

Met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet zijn belast de ambtenaren van de Inspectie gezondheidszorg en jeugd.
2.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde personen beschikken niet over de bevoegdheden genoemd in artikel 5:19 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
