Degene die het wetenschappelijk onderzoek uitvoert, draagt er zorg voor dat, alvorens de uitvoering van het onderzoek een aanvang neemt, degenen wier beroepsmatige medewerking nodig is bij de uitvoering van het onderzoek over de aard en het doel van het onderzoek zijn ingelicht.
