The trader shall supply the digital content or the digital service to the consumer without undue delay after the conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
The trader has complied with the obligation referred to in paragraph 1 if:
the digital content or a means suitable for providing access to or downloading the digital content has been made available to or accessible for the consumer or for a physical or virtual facility chosen by the consumer for that purpose;
the digital service is made accessible to the consumer or to a physical or virtual facility chosen by the consumer for that purpose.
De handelaar levert de digitale inhoud of de digitale dienst onverwijld na het sluiten van de overeenkomst aan de consument, tenzij partijen anders zijn overeengekomen.
De handelaar heeft aan de verplichting bedoeld in lid 1 voldaan als:
de digitale inhoud of een middel dat geschikt is om toegang te verschaffen tot de digitale inhoud of om die te downloaden, beschikbaar is gesteld aan of toegankelijk is gemaakt voor de consument of voor een daartoe door de consument gekozen fysieke of virtuele faciliteit;
de digitale dienst toegankelijk wordt gemaakt voor de consument of voor een daartoe door de consument gekozen fysieke of virtuele faciliteit.
