An executor whose power to manage the estate has ended is obliged to render account and justification to the person who is authorised to manage the estate after him, in the manner prescribed for administrators.
Een executeur wiens bevoegdheid tot beheer van de nalatenschap is geëindigd, is verplicht aan degene die na hem tot het beheer bevoegd is, rekening en verantwoording af te leggen, op de wijze als voor bewindvoerders is bepaald.
