The possibility mentioned in Article 98, paragraph 1, shall continue to exist until the King has determined that, for the application of that provision, the war or the civil war must be considered to have ended.
The possibility mentioned in Article 98, paragraph 2, shall continue to exist until it has been announced, in a manner to be determined by administrative order, that the designation has ended.
De in artikel 98 lid 1 vermelde mogelijkheid blijft bestaan, totdat de Koning heeft vastgesteld dat voor de toepassing van die bepaling de oorlog of de burgeroorlog als geëindigd moet worden beschouwd.
De in artikel 98 lid 2 vermelde mogelijkheid blijft bestaan, totdat op de bij algemene maatregel van bestuur te bepalen wijze is bekendgemaakt dat de aanwijzing is geëindigd.
