If a child has acquired a pecuniary claim against their stepparent in respect of the estate of their deceased parent in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 3, and the stepparent has died, their heirs are obliged to transfer assets to the child, upon the child's petition, with a value not exceeding that pecuniary claim, increased by the increase referred to in paragraph 4 of that Article.
Indien een kind overeenkomstig artikel 13 lid 3 een geldvordering op zijn stiefouder ter zake van de nalatenschap van zijn overleden ouder heeft verkregen, en de stiefouder is overleden, zijn diens erfgenamen verplicht aan het kind op diens verzoek goederen over te dragen met een waarde van ten hoogste die geldvordering, vermeerderd met de in lid 4 van dat artikel bedoelde verhoging.
