Articles 31 and 32 of this Book apply regardless of whether the recognition of the legal validity of a marriage is decided upon as a principal question, or as a preliminary question in connection with another question.
De artikelen 31 en 32 van dit Boek zijn van toepassing ongeacht of over de erkenning van de rechtsgeldigheid van een huwelijk als hoofdvraag, dan wel als voorvraag in verband met een andere vraag wordt beslist.
