In the cases referred to in Article 7 paragraph 3, second subparagraph, of the "Rome I" Regulation, the parties may make a choice of law in accordance with Article 3 of the "Rome I" Regulation.
In de gevallen bedoeld in artikel 7 lid 3, tweede alinea, van de verordening «Rome I», kunnen partijen een rechtskeuze maken overeenkomstig artikel 3 van de verordening «Rome I».
