If it is contested in a legal proceeding that a child, who has the outward possession of status (bezit van staat), was born of a marriage, then the fact that the parents have lived openly as husband and wife shall constitute sufficient proof.
Wordt in een geding betwist dat een kind, dat uiterlijk bezit van staat heeft, uit een huwelijk is geboren, dan levert het feit dat de ouders openlijk als man en vrouw hebben geleefd, voldoende bewijs op.
