Our Minister of Justice shall be at liberty, on the grounds of compelling reasons, to grant parties permission to have the solemnisation of the marriage (voltrekking van het huwelijk) performed by a special proxy authorised by an authentic deed.
Het staat Onze Minister van Justitie vrij, uit hoofde van gewichtige redenen aan partijen te vergunnen het huwelijk door een bijzondere bij authentieke akte gevolmachtigde te voltrekken.
