A person who is under guardianship (curatele) on account of his physical or mental condition may not enter into a marriage without the permission of the subdistrict court judge (kantonrechter).
Hij die wegens zijn lichamelijke of geestelijke toestand onder curatele staat, mag geen huwelijk aangaan zonder toestemming van de kantonrechter.
