The court shall appoint a guardian for all minors who are not under parental authority and for whom guardianship has not been provided for in a lawful manner.
De rechtbank benoemt een voogd over alle minderjarigen, die niet onder ouderlijk gezag staan en in wier voogdij niet op wettige wijze is voorzien.
