At the petition of the parents who are not married to each other or one of them, the court may terminate the joint custody, as referred to in Articles 251, second paragraph, 251b, first paragraph, 252, first paragraph, 253q, fifth paragraph, or 277, first paragraph, if circumstances have changed thereafter or if the decision was based on incorrect or incomplete data. In such case, the court shall determine which of the parents shall henceforth be granted custody over each of the minor children.
Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 251a shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Op verzoek van de niet met elkaar gehuwde ouders of een van hen kan de rechtbank het gezamenlijk gezag, bedoeld in de artikelen 251, tweede lid, 251b, eerste lid, 252, eerste lid, 253q, vijfde lid, of 277, eerste lid, beëindigen, indien nadien de omstandigheden zijn gewijzigd of bij het nemen van de beslissing van onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens is uitgegaan. Alsdan bepaalt de rechtbank aan wie van de ouders voortaan het gezag over ieder der minderjarige kinderen toekomt.
Het eerste en derde lid van artikel 251a zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
