During their marriage, the parents shall exercise authority jointly.

2.

After dissolution of marriage (ontbinding van het huwelijk) other than by death or after legal separation (scheiding van tafel en bed), the spouses who have joint authority shall continue to exercise this authority jointly.

Gedurende hun huwelijk oefenen de ouders het gezag gezamenlijk uit.

2.

Na ontbinding van het huwelijk anders dan door de dood of na scheiding van tafel en bed blijven de ouders die gezamenlijk het gezag hebben, dit gezag gezamenlijk uitoefenen.
