The dissolution of marriage is effected by the registration of the order in the registers of civil status.

Articles 163, paragraphs 2 and 3, and 166 of this Book apply mutatis mutandis.

De ontbinding van het huwelijk komt tot stand door de inschrijving van de beschikking in de registers van de burgerlijke stand.
2.
De artikelen 163, tweede en derde lid, en 166 van dit boek zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
