The implementation of this treaty shall be governed by implementing regulations. The Director-General shall make this known by publication on the website of the Office.
In the event of a conflict between the text of this treaty and the implementing regulations, the text of the treaty shall prevail.
Amendments to the implementing regulations shall not enter into force until after the publication referred to in paragraph 1.
The High Contracting Parties shall likewise publish these amendments in their official gazettes.
De uitvoering van dit verdrag wordt geregeld bij uitvoeringsreglement. De Directeur-Generaal maakt dit bekend door publicatie op de website van het Bureau.
Indien de tekst van dit verdrag en het uitvoeringsreglement met elkaar in strijd zijn, geeft de tekst van het verdrag de doorslag.
Wijzigingen in het uitvoeringsreglement treden niet eerder in werking dan na de in lid 1 genoemde publicatie.
De Hoge Verdragsluitende Partijen maken deze wijzigingen eveneens in hun officiële publicatiebladen bekend.
