Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, this treaty shall enter into force on the first day of the third month following the deposit of the third instrument of ratification.

Article 5.5 shall be applied provisionally.

Dit verdrag treedt, onverminderd het bepaalde in de leden 2 en 3, in werking op de eerste dag van de derde maand, volgende op de nederlegging van de derde akte van bekrachtiging.
3.
Artikel 5.5 wordt voorlopig toegepast.
