The requirements of Article 2.23bis are satisfied when a certification mark is put to genuine use in accordance with that Article by a person who is authorised to do so in accordance with the regulations governing the use referred to in Article 2.35ter.
Aan de vereisten van artikel 2.23bis wordt voldaan wanneer van een certificeringsmerk overeenkomstig dat artikel normaal gebruik wordt gemaakt door iemand die daartoe overeenkomstig het in artikel 2.35ter bedoelde gebruiksreglement bevoegd is.
