The Bureau is, in addition to the tasks assigned in the preceding titles, charged with:
the effecting of amendments to the deposits and registrations, whether at the request of the holder or on the basis of notifications from the International Bureau or of judicial decisions, as well as, where necessary, notifying the International Bureau thereof;
the publication of the registrations of Benelux filings of trademarks and designs or models and all other entries prescribed by the implementing regulations;
the provision, upon the petition of any interested party, of certified copies of registrations.
Het Bureau is, behalve met de in de voorgaande titels opgedragen taken, belast met:
het aanbrengen van wijzigingen in de depots en inschrijvingen, hetzij op verzoek van de houder, hetzij op grond van kennisgevingen van het Internationaal Bureau of van rechterlijke beslissingen, alsmede het zonodig daarvan verwittigen van het Internationaal Bureau;
het publiceren van de inschrijvingen van de Benelux-depots van merken en tekeningen of modellen en alle andere vermeldingen voorgeschreven bij uitvoeringsreglement;
het verstrekken op verzoek van iedere belanghebbende van afschriften van inschrijvingen.
