This decree does not apply to option declarations and petitions for naturalisation, nor to declarations of renunciation submitted before the date of entry into force of this decree.
Declarations intended to serve as proof of possession of Dutch nationality, which were issued before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall be accepted as such, provided they were provided by a Dutch, Netherlands-Antillean or Aruban authority.
Dit besluit is niet van toepassing op optieverklaringen en verzoeken om naturalisatie, alsmede op verklaringen van afstand ingediend vóór de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit.
Verklaringen bedoeld als bewijs van het bezit van het Nederlanderschap te dienen, die zijn afgegeven voor de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit, worden als zodanig aanvaard, indien zij zijn verstrekt door een Nederlandse, Nederlands-Antilliaanse of Arubaanse autoriteit.
