The competent body, referred to in Article 22B, paragraph 5, of the Kingdom Act is:
in the European part of the Netherlands: the board of the legal aid board (raad voor rechtsbijstand);
in a public body: the Minister of Security and Justice of the Netherlands;
in Aruba: the Minister of Social Affairs, Youth and Labour;
in Curaçao: the Minister of Social Development, Labour and Welfare;
in Sint Maarten: the Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labour.
Het bevoegd orgaan, bedoeld in artikel 22B, vijfde lid, van de Rijkswet is:
in het Europese deel van Nederland: het bestuur van de raad voor rechtsbijstand;
in een openbaar lichaam: de Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie van Nederland;
in Aruba: de Minister van Sociale zaken, Jeugd en Arbeid;
in Curaçao: de Minister van Sociale Ontwikkeling, Arbeid en Welzijn;
in Sint Maarten: de Minister van Volksgezondheid, Sociale Ontwikkeling en Arbeid.
