Unless he decides otherwise due to the circumstances of the case, Our Minister shall, after the expiry of the period determined in the first paragraph of Article 58, proceed to the revocation of the decree by which the Netherlands citizenship was granted.
Tenzij hij wegens de omstandigheden van het geval anders beslist, gaat Onze Minister na verloop van de in het eerste lid van artikel 58 bepaalde termijn over tot de intrekking van het besluit waarbij het Nederlanderschap is verleend.
