The Governor shall transmit his advice, together with the petition and the data, documents and statements relating thereto, to Our Minister through the mediation of the Minister of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten respectively.
The Minister of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten, respectively, shall add his advice concerning the petition to this file.
Our Minister shall confirm receipt thereof without delay to the Governor and to the Minister of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten respectively.
De Gouverneur zendt zijn advies met het verzoek en de daarop betrekking hebbende gegevens, documenten en verklaringen door tussenkomst van de Minister van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten aan Onze Minister.
De Minister van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten voegt zijn advies betreffende het verzoek toe aan dit dossier.
Onze Minister bevestigt de ontvangst daarvan zonder uitstel aan de Gouverneur en aan de Minister van Justitie van Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten.
