Our Minister shall transmit the extracts of the decision to grant Netherlands citizenship without delay for notification to the authority of the place of residence of the petitioner. He shall transmit the decision on the full or partial rejection of the petition to the petitioner, stating the period within which an objection may be lodged against the decision. He shall simultaneously notify the mayor who received the naturalisation petition accordingly.
The notification of the decision to grant Netherlands citizenship shall take place in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IIIA.
By regulation of Our Minister, further rules may be established concerning the manner of publication of the grant of Netherlands citizenship as well as concerning the collection of residence documents issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of the petitioner and of the persons who share in the naturalisation.
Onze Minister zendt de uittreksels van het besluit tot verlening van het Nederlanderschap onverwijld ter bekendmaking toe aan de autoriteit van de woonplaats van de verzoeker. Hij zendt het besluit tot gehele of gedeeltelijke afwijzing van het verzoek toe aan de verzoeker onder vermelding van de termijn waarbinnen tegen het besluit bezwaar gemaakt kan worden. Hij bericht een en ander gelijktijdig aan de burgemeester die het naturalisatieverzoek in ontvangst genomen heeft.
De bekendmaking van het besluit tot verlening van het Nederlanderschap geschiedt overeenkomstig het bepaalde in hoofdstuk IIIA.
Bij regeling van Onze Minister kunnen nadere regels worden gesteld betreffende de wijze van bekendmaking van de verlening van het Nederlanderschap alsook betreffende de inname van de door de bevoegde autoriteiten in het Koninkrijk afgegeven verblijfsdocumenten van de verzoeker en van de personen die in de naturalisatie delen.
