The Governor shall send a copy of the option declaration, the declarations of truth referred to in Article 6, paragraph 4, the declaration referred to in Article 6, paragraph 6, the data concerning admission, and the confirmation of the acquisition of Dutch nationality to Our Minister. He shall also send a copy of the option declaration and of the confirmation of the acquisition of Dutch nationality to the Ministers of General Affairs of Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten respectively.
He shall archive the option declarations and the accompanying documents, as well as copies of the confirmations, for at least twelve years after the notification.
De Gouverneur zendt de optieverklaring, de waarheidsverklaringen, bedoeld in artikel 6, vierde lid, de verklaring, bedoeld in artikel 6, zesde lid, de gegevens betreffende de toelating en de bevestiging van de verkrijging van het Nederlanderschap in afschrift aan Onze Minister. Hij zendt tevens een afschrift van de optieverklaring en van de bevestiging van de verkrijging van het Nederlanderschap aan de Ministers van Algemene Zaken van Aruba, Curaçao onderscheidenlijk Sint Maarten.
Hij archiveert de optieverklaringen en de daarbij behorende documenten alsmede afschriften van de bevestigingen gedurende tenminste twaalf jaar na de bekendmaking.
