The Mayor shall send a copy of the option declaration, the declarations made under oath or affirmation as referred to in Article 6, paragraph 4, the declaration referred to in Article 6, paragraph 6, the data concerning the admission, and the confirmation of the acquisition of Netherlands nationality to Our Minister.
He shall archive the option declarations and the accompanying documents, as well as copies of the confirmations, for a period of at least twelve years after the notification.
De burgemeester zendt de optieverklaring, de afgelegde waarheidsverklaringen, bedoeld in artikel 6, vierde lid, de verklaring, bedoeld in artikel 6, zesde lid, de gegevens betreffende de toelating en de bevestiging van de verkrijging van het Nederlanderschap in afschrift aan Onze Minister.
Hij archiveert de optieverklaringen en de daarbij behorende documenten, alsmede afschriften van de bevestigingen gedurende tenminste twaalf jaar na de bekendmaking.
