The amount of the fees due for the processing of the option or naturalisation shall be determined in accordance with the Decree on Option and Naturalisation Fees 2002 (Besluit optie- en naturalisatiegelden 2002).
If the option declaration or the naturalisation petition is not processed due to non-payment or untimely payment of the amount due, the person concerned shall be notified thereof in writing.
Het bedrag van de voor de behandeling van de optie of naturalisatie verschuldigde leges wordt bepaald overeenkomstig het Besluit optie- en naturalisatiegelden 2002.
Indien de optieverklaring of het naturalisatieverzoek wegens niet- of niet tijdige betaling van het verschuldigde bedrag buiten behandeling wordt gesteld, wordt daarvan aan de betrokkene schriftelijk kennis gegeven.
